Sabrina is a Senior Associate and Head of China Desk at SASLO.
She is a qualified Chinese lawyer who holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) in Shanghai, and a Master of Law degree in International Corporate Law from the University of Leeds, England. She also studied Arabic at the Jordan Language Academy in 2013.
Sabrina has vast experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on inbound and outbound investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and venture capital/private equity transactions. She has worked with leading international law firms in the UK and China before joining SASLO.
She has advised and represented numerous major Chinese companies in various M&A and overseas investment deals, as well as engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects in the Middle East. She provides comprehensive legal services and solutions, from deal structuring and negotiation to documentation and implementation.
Sabrina is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Arabic, which enables her to communicate and handle legal matters effectively in diverse international settings.
