We are currently advising a Government body on a mixed-use real estate project in partnership with an international real estate developer on a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) basis, which is considered the route most preferred by the Omani government for the implementation of public projects based on PPP model. Additionally, we have recently been awarded a project (jointly with leading international financial and technical advisors - as a consortium) for preparation of (Public-Private-Partnership) tender & development agreements for re-development of a club house in Muscat.
