Shadha is an Associate Lawyer in SASLO's Corporate Team.  

Shadha is an experienced Omani lawyer who has a range of practice experience in advising clients on commercial agencies, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, due diligence procedures, acquisitions and regulatory compliance matters including in the fields of electricity generation, telecommunication and labor arrangements. Shadha is also experienced in IPO’s and in the privatization of joint stock companies, where she advised on the partial privatization of the Omani electricity transmission sector, a first of its kind transaction in Oman.

Prior to joining SASLO, Shadha worked for a leading Omani law firm where she worked in the Corporate and Capital Markets department. Shadha also previously trained with a law clinic in London during her time at university where she undertook pro bono criminal appeal cases.
