Mohammed is an experienced Omani lawyer, who specialises in civil and commercial law, criminal justice and employment matters. He is highly skilled in legal drafting in both English and Arabic. Being experienced in dealing with ministries and other authorities including the Authority for Electricity Regulator in Oman, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Ministry of Housing, Capital Market Authority, Muscat Security Market, Muscat Clearing & Depository Co., Ministry of Tourism and Tender Board, he has a track record of delivering high quality legal services that meet clients’ requirements.
In addition, Mohammed has substantial expertise in case method and establishing which facts of the case are legally relevant and how they interact with the rule of law. He is knowledgeable in performing case research by taking depositions, attending site inspections, engaging in discovery, exchange of information pertinent to a case from both parties to the action, arguing motions and attending other pre-trial court appearances before a judge, drafting legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and wills, follow up after a court decision has been handed down or a settlement has been reached, ensuring that all parties do what they've been committed or ordered to do.
