Maad has led key transactions involving EPC contracts, joint ventures, and project financing, while also handling high-value arbitration matters under ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules. He has further gained substantial experience in Islamic finance, oil and gas, and banking and capital markets, advising on Sukuk issuances, corporate governance, and investment fund structuring.
