Maad Al Balushi is an experienced associate at SASLO with a focus on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, project finance, and arbitration. He has built a solid track record advising clients across industries such as mining, finance, energy, and infrastructure, providing practical solutions for complex legal and commercial challenges.

Maad has led key transactions involving EPC contracts, joint ventures, and project financing, while also handling high-value arbitration matters under ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules. His extensive work includes contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance, ensuring that client needs are met effectively in complex legal environments.

He has further gained substantial experience in Islamic finance, oil and gas, and banking and capital markets, advising on Sukuk issuances, corporate governance, and investment fund structuring. Maad has been instrumental in bridging local regulatory requirements with international standards, especially in cross-border transactions.
