Ghadeer is an Omani lawyer who graduated from the Modern College of Business and Science with a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law in 2017. During her time at college, she underwent training in the Primary Courts, where she gained good experience in various laws and court practice and procedures.

Ghadeer is highly experienced with working on formats and forms that are adopted by Ministries and government authorities such as Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Capital Market Authority, Muscat Securities Market, Muscat Clearing and Depository Co., Muscat Municipality, Ministry of Health, Royal Oman Police, Central Bank of Oman and Tender Board.

In addition, she is also skilled and informed in all matters related to company formations, IPR requirements including registration of trademarks, patents, etc). Further to that, she is well knowledgeable in corporate governance issues, including document preparation and organization for ordinary and extraordinary general meetings of SAOC and SAOG companies.

Ghadeer is fluent in both Arabic and English.
