Ahmed is a Special Counsel at SASLO Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team.
Ahmed Bouhani has a Master's Degree in Private Law from the Faculty of Law, Economics and Political Sciences of the Central University of Sousse in Tunisia, specializing in business law and private international law. He was admitted to the bar in 2010.
Prior to joining SASLO, Ahmed taught the E-Commerce Law, the Special Criminal Law and the Law of Civil Liberties at the university in Tunisia. He has also lectured on labour law and its relationship with the global economic crisis. Ahmed Bouhani is also a poet with the credit of having published several poems in literary magazines. He has also translated a book from French to Arabic (The "Work of Fire", a book of literary criticism of Maurice Blanchot).
Ahmed is experienced in investment and commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, employment and FIDIC-related disputes. He heads the primary court section of SASLO's Litigation Department.
Ahmed speaks Arabic, French & English fluently.
